Features
Everything the night needs
From putting tickets on sale to paying the staff who worked the door. All of it is in the app, and all of it is included at the standard rate unless a line below says otherwise.
Putting tickets on sale
- Tiers
- Early bird, general and VIP, each with its own price and its own allocation, so the cheap ones run out before the expensive ones go on.
- Discount codes
- Set a code, cap how many times it can be used, and give it an end date. Useful for the guest list, the DJ, and the people who always bring six friends.
- Free or paid
- Run a free night with the same tools and pay nothing at all for it.
- Group buying
- One person can buy for the table and hand the extras out afterwards, instead of four people queueing separately.
Running the door
- QR check-in
- Scan tickets as people arrive. No extra hardware, no separate scanner app, nothing to install on the door.
- Live guest list
- Search it, work it, and see who is already inside while the queue is still moving.
- Your team
- Add the people working the night with their own logins and their own level of access.
Knowing how it went
- Ticket sales
- What sold, what it made and who is coming, per event rather than as one lump.
- Followers
- People who follow your venue, so the next night does not start from cold.
- Event analytics
- The fuller breakdown, included with Business Premium.
Getting paid
- Payouts to your bank
- Money goes to your own account, not a wallet you have to remember to empty.
- Refunds
- Issue one from the same place you sold the ticket.
- Chargebacks
- Handled and reconciled rather than left for you to discover on a statement.
Talking to people
- Event chat
- Reach everyone holding a ticket before the night, from inside the event itself.
- Staff messaging
- Message the people you have hired for a shift once you accept them.
Staffing the night
- Post a gig
- Role, shift window, location, headcount and pay, from the same Create tab you use to host.
- Review applicants
- Applied, shortlisted, accepted or rejected, with a work profile for each one.
- Track your spots
- How many of the roles you posted are actually filled, per gig.
Ten percent a ticket. Free events cost nothing.
There is no feature tier gating the list above, and no monthly fee to reach it.
