Delete your Tolivi Account Permanently
When you delete your Tolivi Account, your profile, photos, videos, groups and likes will be permanently removed.

How to delete your Account

• Click on “Profile”
• Click on “Account Settings”
• Click on “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen

How to Delete your Account without Tolivi App
Send an email to info@tolivi.com from the email address you used to sign up for Tolivi.

Email title: Delete Account

Specify the following details in your email:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Mobile Number
• Date of Birth

If the above details match our records, OTP will be send to the mobile number or email address on our records

You will receive OTP request email

Reply to OTP request email with correct OTP to confirm account deletion

Your account will be deleted within thirty days

You will notified by email when account is deleted
