Pricing
Ten percent. That is the whole price list.
No monthly fee, no listing fee, no setup fee, and no charge at all for running a free event. You are charged when you sell a ticket, and not before.
What a £20.00 ticket pays out
Free events are actually free. No ticket price, no fee, no catch. The guest list, the door scanning, the team logins and the messaging all work exactly the same as they do on a paid night.
Or charge the fee to the buyer
Every event has a switch for it. Leave it off and the fee comes out of your £20.00. Turn it on and the ticket still says £20.00, the buyer pays £22.00 at checkout, and the full £20.00 reaches you.
Which one is right depends on your crowd rather than on us, so it is yours to set per event instead of a platform-wide policy you inherit.
When Business Premium pays for itself
Premium halves the fee, so it saves you 5% of everything you sell. That makes the maths simple: the plan pays for itself once you are selling about $400 of tickets a month, or about $4000 a year on the annual plan.
Below that, stay on standard and pay nothing monthly. Above it, every ticket after break-even is money you keep. There is a seven-day trial, so you can check the number against your own sales rather than ours.
Premium is $20 a month or $200 a year. Apple and Google price subscriptions per country, so your store will show the local equivalent. What else Premium includes.
No contract, no minimum
Put one event on and see what it does. Nothing renews, nothing locks, and a free event costs you nothing to try.
